A Shaheen is about seventy years old. To reach this age, he has to go through many hardships, difficulties and difficult paths.  When he is forty years old.  So first his claws with the help of which he snatches the prey become blunt then his strong beak becomes crooked.  And with age, the feathers on which he flies so high become so heavy that they cling to his chest.  Despite all these difficulties, Shaheen has only two options.

 The first way is for him to admit his death, give up, give up, and die.

 The second way is to get ready for 150 days or 5 months of hard work.

 Shaheen never gives up.  He takes another path and goes to the mountains and first hits his beak on the rocks and in the same way he breaks his beak by hitting the rocks.

 Then the new beak waits.  And when a new beak comes out, with the help of it he pulls out one by one his nails.  And then in the same way, with new nails and new beaks, he plucks out one by one his hair (feathers) and throws it away.  This long period takes 5 months.

 When Shaheen flies in the air with his new beak, new nails and new feathers, he feels as if he has been born again.  In the same way he sees 30 more springs of life.

 From Shaheen's autobiography we learn that sometimes it is very important for us to change our lives.  Change ourselves, even if we have to work hard for it.  Remember that changing the months and years of life will not change anything.  Nothing will change unless we change ourselves.
